Dongguan Diaman Lighting Company Limited, established in 2010 with an area of 10,000 square
meters, is a high-tech enterprise integrating design,
research and development, and manufacturing of high-quality LED commercial lighting
products.
Diaman has more than ten modern production lines, including hardware toolings, electronics,
assembly, etc., and has its own die-casting factory and LED driver factory.
The company specializes in producing high quality LED commercial lighting, with
high-quality LED DOWN LIGHT and LED TRACK LIGHT as the main products. The products have
passed CE, ROHS, SAA, … and other strict certifications, and
have more than 10 patents.
Each product is developed with the spirit of craftsman and rigorous attitude, and new
product developing strictly abides by the development process, so that new products are
perfectly qualified after released.
After years of technological innovation, the company's products are distributed in many
cities in European countries, such as the United Kingdom, Sweden, Norway, Finland, France,
Italy, Germany, New Zealand, and Australia.

regulations on every aspect from appearance, photoelectric thermal performance, to safety

Quality is our soul. The production process strictly implements the ISO9001-2015 standard
and we have a complete quality control system to ensure that every product delivered to our
customer is qualified.
During the LED drive production process, we have 7 key inspection points to strictly
control the quality.
Step 1. Inspect the electronic component;
Step 2. Solder joints inspection with AOI machine;
Step 3. Electrical parameters inspection of semi-product with ATE;
Step 4. Electrical parameter inspection of finished product by ATE
and high voltage test;
Step 6. Test finished product dimming and strobing;
Step 7. Inspect all electrical parameters and appearance of the
aging finished product.
In lighting products assembly process, we also have 7 key inspection:
Step 1. IQC sampling inspection for all incoming material;
Step 2. IPQC on each production line to monitor each process;
Step 3. Aging test on lamps for 8 hours;
Step 4. 100% inspection of the appearance of the finished product
before packaging;
Step 5. Lighting test before packaging;
Step 6. FQC inspection;
Step 7. OQC random inspection before shipment.
